Venus Enters Taurus 4/29: Get Ready for Blessings in May

The Queen Returns to Her Realm ~ April 29th to May 23rd ~ Blessings Abound!

But first, prepare for Our Lady of Love & Money's tangle with Pluto as a first order of business upon returning to her Queendom. 

Venus will land in Taurus the morning of Monday, April 29th - that's in North America - and immediately square Pluto in Aquarius Wednesday, May 1st, as Pluto stations retrograde Thursday, May 2nd. 

This week is going to be another Plutonic one, but it's going to be worth it.
 

This all kicked off with the Libra south node full moon eclipse back on March 25th trine Pluto in Aquarius.  That was that "breakaway" eclipse, ruled by Venus, really showing us where we needed to up the self-value game and leave certain dynamics in our lives behind.

Over April, we focused on the opposite end, the Aries end, of that relationship axis of the zodiac, the Aries-Libra axis of self and other, with the north node Aries new moon eclipse and Mercury retrograding over the north node of destiny and soul growth and Chiron, the wounded healer, in Aries, sign of self.  

We were healing our sense of self over April.

And during those weeks of healing the wounds to self that had kept us playing small and doubting ourselves, people-pleasing and not being completely authentic in relationships and life, Venus also transited Aries, activating the north node, helping us see even more clearly those old unhealthy patterns and dynamics fueled by not valuing ourselves, bringing her healing balm to Mercury retrograde and Chiron.

As of just hours ago, Venus is now in her own sign of Taurus until May 23rd.

Expect blessings and abundance, especially in the area of life or house Taurus rules in your natal chart.

But first, the Empress has a little something to sort out with Pluto stationing retrograde this week in Aquarius.

During this waning crescent moon week as we head into the stabilizing Taurus new moon on May 7th, we are going to be focusing on sorting out those deeply buried insecurities - the fears of not being loved and valued, once and for all.

Pluto is stationing retrograde in square to Venus this week, and it won't be direct until October 11th.  Pluto retrograde is always about reclaiming our personal power from those deeply buried insecurities and fears.  This is Pluto's very first retrograde in Aquarius too.  This is big.  

Don't skip out on this now, because this is where you get the GOLD.

This is where you unlock the access to the abundance that Venus in Taurus until the end of May has to offer.

Anything that comes up and wobbles you now, any feelings of jealousy or envy, any suspicions, understand that these are your inner fear.  Be mindful of any discomfort now and mindful of the real motives driving behavior - both yours and others.  These are all, at the heart of the matter, the deep fear of not being truly loved or valued surfacing.

Turn inward when these things arise this week and tend to them in your inner realm, and you will be rewarded with deep wealth.  You will reclaim your power.  You will reclaim your inherent sense of value and lovability.  You will reclaim your inner throne.  And that's going to pay big dividends moving forward.

As Venus moves through her own sign of Taurus over the month of May, she begins by making this challenging aspect to Pluto as Pluto stations retrograde, but after that, blessings abound.

On May 13th, Venus makes an opportunity aspect to Saturn in Pisces.  This is a great time to focus on committing to what's built to last, whether it's relationships or business, a new project or finances.

On May 18th, Venus conjuncts Uranus, bringing something new and exciting in in love and money.

On May 23rd, Venus will then conjunct Jupiter at 29° Taurus and sextile Neptune in Pisces before landing in Gemini later in the afternoon.  This is a blessing-bringing day and all kinds of magical.

Then just two days later, on May 25th, Jupiter will join Venus in Gemini as Venus makes a trine - a flow aspect - to Pluto in Aquarius, bringing us full circle from that March 25th Libra full moon eclipse trine Pluto, as Jupiter trine Pluto is building to exact on June 2nd - maybe the most positively powerful day of the entire year.

This week, you are laying the foundation for all of the good things to come by taking the opportunity on offer by the cosmos and seeing any discomfort that arises as an opportunity to step even more into your inherent self-value, setting yourself up for success over the coming month.  

You've been preparing for this since equinox.
