Mars Enters Aries 4/30 - Let's Go

With Mars into its own sign of Aries until June 9th, it's time for action and initiation.

For the entire Aries season, including the April 8th north node new moon eclipse in Aries, Aries' ruler, Mars, has been adrift in dreamy Pisces. 

But no more. 

Mars has landed strong in its own sign, just one day after Venus landed in hers, and he is ready to make up for lost time. 

This is where the rubber meets the road!

Remember when I said back at the April 8th new moon eclipse that you wouldn't really be fully feeling this new beginning in your life until late April/early May?

Well, that time has come.

There were a couple of reasons that the full impact of the Aries new moon eclipse was delayed - one was that Mercury was retrograde in Aries at the time of the eclipse, and the other one was that ruler Mars was still debilitated in Pisces.

Mars activates whatever sign or area of life it is transiting, and now that it's in its full power in Aries, it's all forward as Mars moves over the degrees of Mercury retrograde and the new moon eclipse in Aries, lighting it up.

Like I said in yesterday's email on Venus into Taurus, this week is plutonic, with Venus square Pluto tomorrow rolling right into Pluto stationing retrograde Thursday.  As always when Pluto is involved (and especially when it is stationing) watch the power dynamics and any issues around the need to control.

But that's not all of it - on Friday, May 3rd, Mars freshly into Aries will sextile Pluto. 

This is super-charged drive and motivation to move towards your goals.  Mars sextile Pluto is a potent aspect - a "mountain-mover," so Friday is your day to tackle any challenging tasks you've been putting off.

Expect to feel a surge in energy and the determination and stamina to go after what you want and reach goals the entire time Mars is transiting Aries, from now until June 9th.

On May 19th, Mars will conjunct the north node of soul growth, future, and destiny.  This is a day to tune into what you are being passionately pulled towards on your soul path.  Tune in to get a glimpse of destiny.  Remember that as Mars passes over the north node in Aries, it will also oppose the south node in Libra.  Mars is known as "the warrior," and "the sword."  Mars cuts.  This may be a final cutting of those cords to the past so you can freely step into your future.

On May 25th, Mars will pass over 19° Aries, the degree of the April 8th north node new moon eclipse.  This is when the new chapter of your life that was seeded back then will be fully activated.

On May 29th, Mars will pass by Chiron, the wounded healer, in Aries.  Pay attention today as Mars will be giving you important information about what still needs to be healed (or maybe just transcended) around sense of self to fully step into that "Future You" that's pulling you forward now.  Mars shows you where you stand and gives you the courage and motivation to feel the fear and then expand beyond that limit so you can get what you want.

On June 9th, Mars moves leaves Aries for Venus' sign of Taurus and immediately will square up to Pluto, retrograde in Aquarius, on June 10th.  This gives you a boost of potent energy to achieve goals, but it will also be a check around power and control dynamics coming on the heels of a May full of so many good things with the blessings of Venus in Taurus and fiery ambition of Mars in Aries.
