A Daily Grounding & Clearing Meditation - "Reclaiming Your Powerful Presence in the Present Moment"
This short audio (less than 10 minutes) is step by step instructions on how to get more present in the body, ground, and clear. The power is in the present moment, always, and we only have access to it when we are embodied, when we are present in our bodies. Energies from our day to day experiences can accumulate though, which leaves less room for us in our own skin, and we can also get scattered across space and time. Heart Breath
As humans on this earth, we have the amazing ability to be a conduit ~ for source inspiration to literally come into being in this reality through us ~ and it all happens through our hearts. When we are grounded into the support of the earth and also connected to source above, then we are able to step into alignment and into our role as this vessel of creation here in our every day lives. Living in connection and alignment with the universe AND with our own soul is the key, and the pathway lies through the heart. Living with love is the way, and that begins by fanning the flames of our own heart fire. The heart flame is something we must tend to daily, and this short exercise (less than 5 minutes) is a method developed by Nicky Scully that I have put into audio format as an easy and potent way to practice tending our heart flame.

"Waves" is a twenty-two minute guided meditation that uses light hypnosis to achieve several different things. First, it drops the body into the brain wave state of deep relaxation, switching off stress response and switching on the parasympathetic nervous system. Next, it speaks to the subconscious in very specific ways using specific words and energy. This short journey supports us in strengthening our connection to and reciprocity with the natural world, while guiding us through releasing old energy and receiving new life force to take its place.
