WAVES GUIDED MEDITATION FOR DAILY RESET & RECHARGE
"Waves" is a twenty-two minute guided meditation that uses light hypnosis to achieve several different things. First, it drops the body into the brain wave state of deep relaxation, switching off stress response and switching on the parasympathetic nervous system. Next, it speaks to the subconscious in very specific ways using specific words and energy. This short journey supports us in strengthening our connection to and reciprocity with the natural world, while guiding us through releasing old energy and receiving new life force to take its place.
